Two of us were working on the site at the same time (me as admin, other person as editor) and then all of a sudden the blank [error] screen came up and we couldn't log in, or even view the site from here. I noticed that there were new emails in my inbox containing banned IP addresses --> our IP address. I ended up going into the database and renaming the bwps_lockouts
table then I could log back in. Once logged in I went to Banned Users Configuration and removed my IP address from the list. Went back into the db and cleared out the records containing my IP address then renamed the table back to the original.
I hit refresh again and lost my site and dashboard again. Changing the db table name again, once again allowed me to login.
So right now that portion of the plugin functionality is disabled. How can I work around this?
