twopynts on "403/404 error - can't get to blog"

I manage my wife's WP blog, but it is not accessible today for some reason. I get and 403 and 404 error message when trying to visit it.

I can see the back end just fine, but that's it. Any ideas? I've updated everything to the latest version.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
