Let me start by saying that I have looked at the other forum topics but it is all over my head! I'm relatively new to WordPress and website building in general. So, please, please, please... I really need help!
I have the latest version of WP and have just updated to the new Jetpack. Now I am unable to get into my dashboard and keep getting an error "You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page".
I have contacted my host (iPage) and they've disabled all my plugins in an attempt to fix it, but no luck. To their credit, they have been helpful, but so far we haven't found a solution.
Where do I start???
