Hi,

I am having an issue with the download links not working for buyers. Everything is set up correctly. All of my digital files are linked via my ftp and they work when I test them. The issue is when the buyer receives a confirmation email with the link to the file, it either downloads as a 0KB file or does not play.

This is an URGENT issue, I appreciate your time in helping me resolve this issue ASAP.
