mrbosia on "Adding Links Don't Work"

I am using WordPress 3.8 and I can't add hyperlinks to my posts. I get an error page when I click update. I've uploaded the 3.8 to my site and I've turned off all of the plugins and I've used the Default and Twenty Eleven theme.

This is the message that appears:
You don't have permission to access /blueboymedia/wp-admin/post.php on this server.
