While trying to change a menu this error message appears

I am not that technically minded having inherited the site and getting no help, I hope you will treat me gently :-)
I deleted all the files from the corrupted files and uploaded a backup from a few weeks ago but the problem persists
http://www.cambourne.info/ working on ext.links menu tab which shows no sub menu
