I have an old blog that I'm trying to reconnect so that I can get the content from it in XML format.

I still have the old database and have it connected. All of the posts show up in the list on the homepage. However, when I click through to a story, I get:

Not Found
Sorry, but you are looking for something that is not here

Also, when trying to access the Site Admin, I get a 403 error.
