Louisepj on "Cannot unset string admin login"

I updated my Wordpress page but now I can’t login at my admin account. I only get a white page with the text Fatal error: Cannot unset string offsets in (The webpage) on line
What should I do and please write very detailed. I do not normally use words like php in vocabulary.
