iuiuiulia on "404 redirect when trying to access wp-admin or wp-login.php"

I've been scouring the forums for an answer to this, but so far haven't been able to find anything.

I created a wordpress site for a client, which went live yesterday. Everything was going perfectly - there were no errors, all of the plugins worked.

However-
This morning when I tried to login into the wp dashboard to make some small text edits, I couldn't access any of the login pages. I just keep getting a 404 redirect when I try to access the login pages.

The site is currently set up to run from the root folder, with all of the wordpress files in a seperate directory. The website itself works, but trying to access the dashboard in any way is impossible. This happened before, during development. At that time, it was cause by WP better security. I disabled it then, and it fixed everything. I tried doing the same now, and it impacted nothing.

I've removed all of the plugins that could be causing this, and nothing has fixed it.
I've tried updating my .htaccess file(s) and that didn't do anything
I've checked the database in phpMyAdmin and everything looks fine
I've cleared my browser cache, cookies, and everything else.

Basically, everything was working perfectly when I last saw the site last night. Then, this morning, the login wouldn't work. From what I can tell, that's the only thing that's "broken".

The login page is be located here: http://louiskazan.com/wp/wp-admin

NOTE: The login works in Firefox, but not Safari or chrome (it previously worked in all of them)

Thanks in Advance for any help and suggestions!
