Hi all,
I manage content on a Wordpress based website. Since starting back in 2014 I've not been upload any new media files into my media library - every time I try I'm met with the following message:
Unable to create directory http://www.voluntaryactionkirklees.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/2013/12//2013/11. Is its parent directory writable by the server?
No settings had changed since it was last working as normal before the holidays. As far as I can tell the issue is to do with creating a new directory for 2014?
After looking through the forums archives, I've since tried changing the 'Store uploads in this folder' option in Settings > Media (both trying to get it to store files in an existing folder from 2013 & a new one for 2014) and toggling the 'Organize my uploads into month- and year-based folders' on & off all to no avail.
Any help is much appreciated!
