Sue on "Comment Moderation is enabled displays and I do NOT have it enabled!"

I have not enabled "Comment moderation is enabled. Your comments may take some time to appear." Nor have I ever enabled it. Now, this message appears and not only that, it takes forever for some comments to appear on my blog even though they are visible in my dashboard.

I have commentluv and they say it is a wordpress problem.
