I've installed the plugins and tried via widgets and do_shortcode functions to include the widget - I've also reverted to 2012 and tried most other things - but nothing appears:

I'm doing this all from a localhost - to test - will that cause a problem - I see that you authenticate back to your own site - does it allow localhost?
Please follow-up this support request, as your plugin seems good - but until I can get it working - it's not much use to me!
