istanbulhepimizin on "[Plugin: Sliding Youtube Gallery] Site redirect loop error"

after activating the plugin it runs fine for a while. But then the whole site got redirect loop error. Then i delete the htaccess and deactivate the plugin, the site runs fine again. Please advise.
