myajanay on "Admin Login Error"

I have tried to login to my admin page and the screen shows up completely blank without a login box. I then tried to log in onto the login.php site and an error keeps coming up saying, "Cookies are blocked or not supported by your browser. You must enable cookies to use wordpress."
This error just occurred because it worked fine for the past few weeks. I've tried on different browsers from Firefox, Safari, and Internet Explorer and they all keep coming up with this same error. The cookies are enabled on all my browsers so I'm not sure why I keep getting this message. I've checked with my host company and they said everything is fine on their end. I really need to update my website, but the admin won't let me log in. How can I get his fixed quickly?
My website myamelody.com displays properly on Chrome and Safari, however it shows up in jumbled format when I look at it on Internet Explorer. How can i fix this and login so i can update my site?
