Thatedeguy on "[Plugin: AVH First Defense Against Spam] Table Doesn't Exist Error"

I recently received a screenshot from a reader where he'd attempted to post a comment, and got multiple errors.

The errors are "Table dbXXXXXXXXX.wp_avhfdas_ipcache doesn't exist" There's a SELECT argument below that.

Following that, there's another of the table doesn't exist errors with an INSERT INTO argument below it.

There are 4 warning messages below that says "Warning: Cannot modify header information"
