I've followed the instructions, and there are files in cache/all but I can't find the html stamp. I read through some forum posts where others have had similar issues and everything there seemed right ive checked my permissions for htc access and its right and i've gone in to verify that there are cache files.
http://www.cognitive-surplus.com is my site. Hate to ask, but would you mind taking a quick look to see if it is caching? maybe it is and I just missed the html stamp.
It also may be worth mentioning that I had previously tried a couple of other cache programs, super cache and one other -- don't know if that has anything to do with it.
