shedrule on "Paypal checkout not working"

i have just set up my website and have set paypal as my default payment method. However i have just tested to see if it works and when it comes to the paypal payment page it keeps saying the password or e-mail is incorrect, (both are definitely correct) i have got someone else to try and they got the same problem. I'm not sure if this is a problem with my website or paypal?
