umyes on "Database Issues"

I am in over my head. Scared I've lost years of work.

I tried to upgrade to a new theme and then had to reinstall wordpress and then reconnected it to the old database but only the home page works. Any links to other pages results in a "Not Found" error:
(The requested URL /2013/10/our-new-adventure/ was not found on this server.)
