Mohammad Sabbagh on "[Plugin: Contact Form 7] after update to 3.7.1 again getting error undefined function wpcf7_add_shortcode"

when i update the plugin from 3.6 to 3.7 i got the error undefined function wpcf7_add_shortcode

later on i found the solution here

i get again the same error after i update to 3.7.1
