Please help me with this ...
I am trying to get my blog connected to my Facebook fan page I have already created. I went through according to your instruction and got to the point where I need my "App Domain"... but, none of the combination worked, and the "Setting" section of the Facebook developer's page would not accept any domain name. And when I click the "Authorize Your Facebook Account" link, I get this error message:
Given URL is not allowed by the Application configuration.: One or more of the given URLs is not allowed by the App's settings. It must match the Website URL or Canvas URL, or the domain must be a subdomain of one of the App's domains.
I tried what I see in the address box for my WP-Admin page: "olivetjournal.com" also "www.olivetjournal.com," "http://olivetjournal.com," "http://www.olivetjournal.com"
Will I need SSL?
The current platform of Facebook developer's page is different from what you use for the instruction page ... I don't see “Website with Facebook Login” anywhere. Then, I went to "Settings" and found the App Domain box .... just so you know.
So I am not sure where I made a mistake. And, this is my first time dealing with Facebook and app thing ... I don't have any idea what I am doing ... Thank you for your help.
