Network Providers like Yahoo and Stack Overflow are throwing errors like:

There is no problem with my wp-config or the plugin's LightOpenid.php file. I have the same problem on Multiple installations and checked the same.
I thought that this is an issue with "allow_url_fopen = On". But it's is not.
Could any one tell me how to fix the issue?
