Skrivener on "[Plugin: Event Organiser CSV] Error during import, even importing example: "Start date not provided.""

Hi, I'm getting an error importing a CSV file with WP 3.8.1. I thought initially this was a problem with the data, but then I tested it with the example provided with the plugin and received the same error. Any ideas?
