Hi there! I have been using Contact Form 7 with no issues until now, that Tag Generator and Shortcode are missing. I cannot add new fields through the interface.
I'm using WordPress 3.8.1 + Contact Form 7 3.7.2 + Contact Form DB 2.6.3 + Contact Form 7 - Dynamic Text Extension 1.1.0.2
