No matter how many posts I set in the setting that's between 10 and 20 (inclusive), it keeps defaulting back to 9 posts in the front page.
If I lower it down to between 1 to 9, it displays the total number of posts correctly on the front page.
Obviously, anything above 20 will be reset to 10.
I think there might be a bug in the top-posts.php file. Amirite?
