Hi,
Recently I faced an issue (most probably from WordPress 3.8.1) where I could not add photos/media to my posts and uploading directly didn't work but the photo still got added to the library. I wanted to fix that and I installed a plug-in called "WP Error Fix" to try to track down the problem.
That didn't help, I tried opening my blog today I, the homepage was messed up. It looks like this:

The jumbled up error says (got it from source):
Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 134217728 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 273 bytes) in /home/i2y43e6x/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wp-error-fix/application/Error/Model/handler.php on line 70
So I disabled the plugin along with all the others because of the problem. But if I remove WP Error Fix, the homepage doesn't even try to open. It just gives a white page. I can access all the other pages fine like my "About", "Contact", the links pages. It's just the homepage that doesn't work anymore.
It's not a theme issue since this happens to all the themes, including Twenty Fourteen with ALL plugins disabled. I don't know where I should begin to look for troubleshooting.
One more thing, there's now a file in my public_html called error_log which is a freaking 3.79GB in size O.o Is it safe to delete that? I can't read that because it's too large :P

UPDATE:
I delete error_log. It creates a new one, everytime I try to open my homepage, the size increase by about a 100MB. I downloaded the log file and majority of it says:
