I'm getting this error when trying to install a theme that I purchased:
"Unable to create directory wp-content/uploads/2014/03. Is its parent directory writable by the server?"
I have done some research and think that it is a permissions issue of some sort, but I'd really like to understand this a little better.
When the message says ...writable by the server, does that mean something about the permissions of what account? I'm logged into my CentOS system using a regular user account. I've setup the MySQL and Wordpress accounts and they are working since I can get to the Wordpress dashboard.
When I look at the list of users in CentOS, there is only my user account. Did I miss something?
