I have no clue what to do when this happens and it happens about every third click whether on the front end or the back end.

I was having a WP Ecommerce error show up and I deleted the plugin and uploaded a new one now this error keeps popping up. It's frustrating because customers don't know just to refresh, they just leave.
Anyone know what I can do? What it means?
