airstreamer on "[Plugin: WYSIWYG HTML Editor 3D Drag And Drop Visual Editor & Web Page Builder!] PlugNedit does not activate."

I get the following error message when I try to activate PlugNedit.

This has happened before and I didn't pursue. This time it occured when updating to v4.4.5.
