Hello everyone, I tried to update today to Wordfence version 5.0.2, but got the following error message:
An error occurred while updating Wordfence Security: Could not copy file. /home/publdsdy/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wordfence/readme.txt.
Afterwards, it disabled Wordfence, and will not let me access it again. Moreover, when I try to reinstall it, it won't let me. I can no longer even find mention of Wordfence on my Dashboard, and am completely stumped as to what happened.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
