Hi all! I apologize if this has been answered/worked through before; I've been trying to troubleshoot on my own with little success.

Hosting through GoDaddy using cPanel
This error message appeared after I tried to update to the newest version of wordpress (and my template had an update, too; I tried to update them both at the same time).
The error message is

I have NO IDEA how to access anything; I'm not even sure how to FTP to my site (steep learning curve here).
Any help on how to rectify this so I can get back to work would be most appreciated!
