jselby on "Getting lots of 404 hits from different users on a non-existent page"

I don't think I have ever created a link for this "page" but I have noticed over the last couple of days I am getting many hits to it, even from the googlebots.
The address is my_website.com.au(fictional)/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/assets/js/jquery-cookie/jquery.cookie.min.js?ver=1.3.1
Does anyone know why this would be, and how to fix it?
Or do I just create a dummy page to this address that links back to the homepage or shop?
