info2grow on "[Plugin: Allow PHP in Posts and Pages] Strange Behavior on Multisite"

I have a multilanguage site using a multisite wordpress install and Multisite Language Switcher. The Allow PHP in posts and pages works on 2 out of 3 subdomains. Every page has exactly the same code.

English (Main) = works
http://mantraenergy.com/investors/stock/

German = works
http://de.mantraenergy.com/investors/stock/

French = not working
http://fr.mantraenergy.com/investors/stock/

The french version throws the following error:
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected '&' in /home/blazinhe/public_html/MANTRAENERGY.COM/wp-content/plugins/allow-php-in-posts-and-pages/allowphp.php(373) : eval()'d code on line 2

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
