I have come across this plugin and it seems to have exactly what I need.
However, there were some issues with the installation. I am running:
- Elegant themes Divo Theme
- Wordpress 3.9.1
- GWeb Pro Store Locator 1.0.3
I have installed the plugin using the shortcode on the page:

As you can see - there is an error notice on the search box for search by keyword:
