Jamiethecomic on "Cuases a; "Are you sure you want to do this" error"

I have painstakingly deactivated and reactivated my plugins so many times and I have came to the conclusion this plugin is the cause of the "Are you sure you want to do this" error I am receiving on my website. No idea why, any ideas?
