I tried the upload in multisite and got following error:
Fatal error: Call to undefined function upload_is_user_over_quota() in /home/WWW/.../wp-content/plugins/nextcellent-gallery-nextgen-legacy/lib/multisite.php on line 22.
Of course no upload happened.
