I am receiving these errors across all of my sites. I've looked back through other instances of this problem occurring for other self-hosted sites but haven't found a solution that works on my sites.
I've gone through mod_security, contacted the host and there are no issues on the server, FastCGI is not enabled, disabled ALL plugins, am running twenty twelve theme, but somewhere there is something that I am missing and the error keeps popping up.
Any help would be appreciated!
