When I updated wordpress to 3.6 I then received this code on my Dashboard.

Also, yesterday I received a comment under one of my FAQs post, and it was spam/trash, but when trying to delete the comment, it does not allow me to do so. I have even tried deleting the entire Post, but it gives me an error.
These 2 errors pop up.

How do I go about fixing these issues?
