Amirandes on "[Plugin: WP to Buffer] Invalid Argument"

Hi

I am using WP to Buffer, but are getting the following errorcode in the setting interface:

Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /home/hydro101/public_html/digitalmined.com/wp-content/plugins/wp-to-buffer/admin/settings.php on line 164

Could anyone please explain to me what this means and what I need to fix it?
