Hi there... I received the following message when my auto backup failed, is there something that i did wrong or is it a problem with one of the plugins???

the auto backup is set to once a week on a friday at 16h00 (must i be logged it for the backup to be processed as well?)
how can i sort this so it does not happen in the future?
