Hi there

I am having trouble with the Post Thumbnail Editor on my site. The 'Create Thumbnails' button is greyed out and just does not work at all. I have tried uninstalling plugins and have upgraded them all to latest versions.

Wordpress 3.4.2
Post Thumbnail Editor 1.0.5
