I'm updating a Wordpress site set up by someone else and I'm trying to upload a theme but when I try to download the Import Wordpress Tool I get this error message:
Before you can upload your import file, you will need to fix the following error:
Unable to create directory uploads/2013/08. Is its parent directory writable by the server?
I'm fairly new to Wordpress and CSS so you'll have to walk me through this. Any suggestions?
