eurozulu on "Unable to change theme"

Hi all, having issue changing theme keep getting this error message,
"An unexpected error occurred. Something may be wrong with WordPress.org or this server’s configuration. If you continue to have problems, please try the support forums". looked through forum seem to be few similar threads but none with solution i could find anyone have any idea's.
