So I'm trying to create a page and continually get the Not Found error. I'm certain that my domain is available and that I'm entering it right. Is there somewhere in settings I should look to resolve this issue? My university has a WordPress account and I'm attempting to create a site through it.

Thanks

I am unable to access the admin side of sites in which I have this plugin activated.

I enabled debugging and this is what is in the log:

[16-Sep-2015 02:38:03 UTC] PHP Fatal error: Class 'WPCF7_TagGenerator' not found in [root-html-folder]/wp-content/plugins/mailpoet-contact-form-7/modules/mailpoet-signup.php on line 136

*Note - I just realized that I deactivated Contact Form 7 on the site in which this issue was happening and re-activating it solved the issue. None the less, there should be a check in this plugin to avoid a total crash of the admin side.

Hi,

I've installed Duplicator on my local website to copy it to my server.
After, when I want to install it on the server, there are hundreds of errors of writing in the database. And when I want to access to the website, it needs a Wordpress installation again (impossible to do because of database errors at the end of it). However, Wordpress seems to be copied to the server as there are the folders of wp in it.

I've tried with Duplicator version 0.5.18 and 0.5.19 (development), with Wordpress (4.2.2) installed on the server and without. Always the same errors.

Thanks in advance for your help!

Hi guys.

I have just pushed an update on one of my WordPress blogs for 4.3.1 and the site is no longer functioning as it should. The posts are still there, but the admin panel is difficult to browse because everywhere there are elements colliding with each other:

also all the widgets have disappeared:

I have disabled all the plugins and the problem still persists, would really appreciate some help here... what a way to start the day.

Here are some of the error log messages:

Buen Día, le escribe Jostin Díaz desde Panamá.

Sitio web: Grubeando.com

Tengo un problema con la nueva actualización de WordPress 4.3.1 ya que automaticamente me apareció y me causó un error en el editor visual de las nuevas entradas, ya que no me aparece; además el cuadro para escribir me sale por la mitad.

Por favor, darme el apoyo o consejos para solucionar el error.

Absolutely stuck! Did the upgrade to 4.3.1 Seemed ok. Went to functions.php file to tweak (done this plenty before without problem) - it didn't like it! Got a parse error message: Parse error: syntax error, unexpected '<' in /www/sites/44a/e0d/www.comtruck.co.uk/web/wp-content/themes/dustlandexpress-premium/functions.php on line 320 I clicked the 'back' button and removed the tweak. Still the same error message. Now I have NO ACCESS to my dashboard at all. Have upgraded my php to 5.6 with my host (as a forum message suggested this may help) but has made no difference. Website is down. No idea what to do. Time critical! Any advice?

JustDuckyDesigns on "[Plugin: WOW Slider] Update in WordPress causes error"

$

I have the newest version of WOW slider installed in WordPress 4.1 and I have it installed in almost a dozen WordPress sites.

Every single time that a new version of the WOW slider plugin becomes available (and shows as "update available" on the Plug ins page), when I click on "update now", it starts to update and then a blank white page opens up with just a line of text on it. "You don't have permission to do that" (or something similar to that wording) - I have to hold down the "back" key on the browser and pick 2 windows back and it will take me back to the plug in page. At that point the Wow slider plug is still highlighted, showing that it needs to be updated. When I click on "update now" again, a new page opens and says that the plug in is already updated to the newest version. When I return to the plug in page, the Wow slider is now deactivated and I have to click to re-activate it....after all that it will work and it is updated.

I have contacted Wow slider support and I got an email back from them almost a week later which simply said "are you still having any problems with your plug in?" - to which I replied "Yes, the same problem that I originally contacted for. Do you have any solution or ideas". This was a month a go and I have not heard back from them at all.

This same exact problem happens with EVERY one of my WordPress sites where I use the Wow slider plug in. I have even tried it on a brand new site with NO OTHER plug ins activated at all and no content in the site; and I get the same exact error.

This is the only plug in that causes this kind of error.

Anyone?

Hi,

I've installed and reinstalled qtranslate X on our Wordpress website but it just say:

Error: Could not find script file "js-composer-qtranslate-x/qvc-admin-post.min.js" for handle "qvc-js-exec".

I did the same on another Wordpress website on a different domain and it's working fine.

I also checked the file through FTP and it was there. Any help would be appreciated.

Kind regards,
Leonalion

Hi,
I'm in the process of recovering a WP install from a hack/defacing.
WP is up and running and I'm using the Vantage theme from SiteOrigin.

The TinyMCE widget worked correctly before the hack, but after reinstalling it today it doesn't load at all. I only get the extented html editor, but not the wysiwyg editor.

I'm using Chrome and the dev tools reported several JS errors while loading TinyMCE:

Uncaught TypeError: Cannot set property 'selector' of undefined

bstw.activate @ black-studio-tinymce-widget.min.js?ver=2.2.5:2

(anonymous function) @ black-studio-tinymce-widget.min.js?ver=2.2.5:2

m.event.add.r.handle @ load-scripts.php?c=1&load[]=jquery-core,jquery-migrate,utils,plupload,farbtastic&ver=4.2.3:3

Can someone help me out with this?

Thanks in advance!

Laura on "[Theme: Accesspress Parallax] Responsive Contact Form Width Bug"

$

Hi there,

I like this theme and have been working successfully with it - but I wanted to let you know about a problem with the responsive.css document.

On line 211 of the responsive CSS, there is a call for input text boxes:

.parallax-section input[type="text"],
	.parallax-section input[type="email"],
	.parallax-section input[type="url"],
	.parallax-section input[type="password"],
	.parallax-section input[type="search"],
	.parallax-section input[type="tel"],
	.parallax-section textarea{
		width:80%;
	}

This actually looks very silly on a mobile phone and should retain the 100% width of the other elements on the page. I have tried to correct it with the custom CSS box without any luck (even when using the dreaded !important, it doesn't override the responsive.css).

My suggestion to you would be to omit that entire section of the responsive.css and let those text areas flow like the rest of the document.

The only way for me to correct it currently is to modify the parent theme (since child theming is not working well at the moment with this theme). This is less than ideal and means I have to go in and change that line with every new update to the theme.
