I, for the life of me, cannot figure out why my shipping calculator will not work, when it was working. I am using UPS and have shipping enabled. When I add an item to my cart and go to the checkout page it tells me to select a country and enter a zip code. I enter the zip code,the page refreshes and it tells me to enter the zip code.
I have cleared cache, disabled plugins, checked my settings...I have no idea what is wrong and I'm desperate for help.
