lowker on "Error Code in Homepage"

I have installed big blue theme and it works fine for several years until I upgrade to the latest wp 3.8.

Now, the homepage shows several weird codes in the head of homepage like this:

if(empty($tcce)) { $tcce = "
if(empty($tcce)) { $tcce = "
if(empty($tcce)) { $tcce = "
if(empty($tcce)) { $tcce = "
if(empty($tcce)) { $tcce = "
if(empty($tcce)) { $tcce = "

I have changed the themes several times but the problem still persists.
