mucus on "[Plugin: WP Clone by WP Academy] Error Message : Unable to create the temporary backup directory"

Hi,

all of a sudden, WP Clone won't let me create a backup, giving me the following error message:

Error Message : Unable to create the temporary backup directory,please make sure that PHP has permission to write into the .... Directory.

I've seen someone else had this problem in the forum link below, is there a solution to this?
